(Updated November 24, 2013)

We are pleased to present the schedule for 2014, our 11th season of operating international racing trips.

Note that the trip lengths as described include the latest departure date from the U.S., the arrival date at the destination, and the earliest return date to the U.S. In most cases, at least one of the nights will be spent en route overseas.

As always, the itineraries are designed for easy extension, either before or after the scheduled dates, for those who are wanting a longer stay abroad.

We hope you will find one or more of our 2014 trips appealing. Please don’t hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have any questions or if you would like to be listed to go on one. We look forward to hearing from you and to going racing with you overseas.

EPSOM & NEWMARKET
JUNE 3 to JUNE 10, 2014
8 Days, 7 Nights (including one en route)

Off and Running in The DerbyOur trip to England is a walk through history and also a "today" experience of one of Europe's most famous racing places and two of its most important Classic races. Newmarket is the cradle of Thoroughbred racing and England's major training center. The Derby and Oaks at Epsom Downs are the originals on which all such-named races everywhere are based. The 2014 runnings will be the 235th and 236th respectively and both are contested over the uniquely challenging Epsom course, which must be seen -- and walked -- to be appreciated. We'll also have a day of racing at England's most beautiful racecourse, an evening at one of its most charming smaller ones, and an afternoon cruise on the Thames River.

5 Nights in Windsor, 1 Night in Newmarket
4 days/evenings of racing at Epsom, Goodwood, and Windsor
An extensive experience of Newmarket
A Cruise on the Thames River

IRELAND
JUNE 23 to JUNE 30, 2014
8 Days, 7 Nights (including one en route)

Racing in IrelandThe Irish Derby at The Curragh is the centerpiece of this mid-summer trip, and the three-day Derby Festival's cards are packed with other Group-level racing, including the Group 1 Pretty Polly for fillies and mares. The week's fixture list will also enable us to have evenings at two of Ireland's most atmosphere-rich smaller courses, Naas and Tipperary. We'll have a good look at The Curragh during training hours and visit at least three breeding farms in this country that produces more high-quality bloodstock per capita than any other in the world.

6 nights in County Kildare, near The Curragh
5 days/evenings of racing at The Curragh, Naas and Tipperary
Farm and training visits in Counties Kildare and Tipperary

AUSTRALIA
OCTOBER 28 to NOVEMBER 9, 2014
13 Days, 12 Nights (including two en route)

The one-of-a-kind Melbourne Cup is among the world's great racing spectacles, and it highlghts our Australia trip. We're invited to participate in some of the traditional private festivities that lead up to the big race, and we'll catch the Breeders' Cup on television over Sunday breakfast. We'll have another major racing day at Flemington in Melbourne and get in a day at Randwick, Sydney's premier course. In the Hunter Valley we'll visit horse farms and sample wine, and we'll do that out of Melbourne as well. The trip will have a good bit of sightseeing in Australia's two leading cities, including a special experience out on Sydney's spectacular harbour.
